New discovery....
went gallivanting sat night... and wow was i amazed... discovered an awesome and well done up Greenwood Avenue... took a quick stroll through the row of shophouses and well basically going to be spoilt for choice on eating destinations/ hang outs! already had dinner so we just had a gelato and a coffee....conclusion: island creamery at serene ctr still better la!!!
Greenwood Ave was where i used to go for gatherings with my gfs at Sebastiens and also to order the famous Lana Cake...it's kinda out of the way along bt timah but well for the world best LANA choc cakes worth it la!! i am not a big choc fan but its great...so these 2 shops were basically one of the few pioneers there. But now... they are chock-full of goodies!! there was indian (smelled fantastic), jap, chinese, ang moh, even a fish-market themed place...superb... i will take some pics next time. And most of the eateries... great concept and very very nice ambience. highly impressed.
I was extremely impressed by this jap place.. .Shiro Jap Huate Cuisine....simi right?? i mean jap HUATE cusinie??? heee, how atas can u get.... have to ring a bell then they will open door for u one ok! i will try it someday... =D
we also ventured eleswhere to discover qte a few good hangout spots (i will reveal/ review those next time... kinda tired and i REALLY shd be working)...we were thinking we really needed to extend our hangout list before we got tired of each other and the places we go...coz basically it is qte a pathetic list.... only a few places that we AGREE on going, so we is getting truly bored. Now sat nite was fruitful...and we have never been so excited for a while. We really needed this injection of excitement la! hahaha.... to get us all excited... hahaha... ended the night at KM8...though i think the sand in the shoe thing was disturbing him a whole lot... haha...how can we be so different yet so cool hanging out together??? =)
